HA-detected experiments

We provide original HA-detection experiments, which are especially useful for the assignment of intrinsically disordered proteins or small globular proteins that require high pH.

Installation instructions:

Please read the disclaimer before using the sequence.
Unpack corresponding .tar-file with command
tar xf ha-detection_exps.tar
Copy files to /vnmrsys/psglib/
Compile sequence files with commands
seqgen gihca_co_nP_pp.c
seqgen gh_ca_con_hires_pp.c
seqgen gihca_nP_pp.c
seqgen gihca_con_cah_pp.c
seqgen gihca_nco_cah_pp.c

Fire up vnmr and select desird sequence file with command
seqfil="FILENAME_HERE", where FILENAME_HERE is gihca_nP_pp or gh_ca_con_hires_pp, etc

OPTIONAL: Utilize our procpar with command cp procpar_iHca_CO_N procpar and mv procpar EXP_X, where folder EXP_X is desired folder. Overwrite any existing procpar-file.
