Installation setup
- Login at the user account in which the installation should be carried out
- Save the sesamehsqc.tgz file at a location with write permission for the user who is carrying out the installation.
- Unpack the file with the command: tar xzvf sesamehsqc.tgz
- Copy the files to the corresponding vnmrsys directories
Running and processing experiments
- Start with an 15N HSQC experiment.
- Load the parameter file.
- Run the sesamehsqc macro for setting up the experiment.
- Set relevant parameters such as pulse widths and power levels (specified in manual).
- Adjust receiver gain and start experiment.
- Standard processing by sesamehsqc_a or sesamehsqc_b for selecting individual lines in couplet doublet. For measuring geminal couplings use sesame_ipapx. Further instructions given in manual page.
- 13C referecing by sesame_ch(freq) and 15N axis referecing by sesame_nh(freq).
