I have been studying geology and palaeontology at the University of Helsinki. My Master thesis is about biomineralisation of enamel in pig molars. In teeth, I am interested in how living organisms have found the way to produce crystal substances quick enough for their life span, and maximise the strength of nonrenewable hard parts.

My responsibilities in the group include designing and managing the group website, helping manage the MorphoBrowser database, and helping with other administrative tasks. I also work with the NOW (New and Old Worlds Database of fossil mammals) , with data entry and maintenance. I was lucky to find my self in science where i can also benefit of my artistic background every day.
