I’m currently doing my master’s thesis in the group. I have at my disposal a great dataset: the skulls of mutant mice the group has gathered during the last decade. I will explore the form and variation of these teeth with various methods and hopefully uncover something about dental evolution.

Jernvall Evo-Devo is the research group of my choice since my interests in biology are quite holistic. Evolution of development is full mindboggling questions that are of fundamental importance, and yet – for the most part – unanswered. Applying developmental thinking to classical evolutionary and ecological problems is a source of unlimited revelations

I’m also an entomologist at heart, an ornithologist as a result of peer pressure and into conservation biology because I happen to love biodiversity.
