As part of a multi-year initiative to enhance existing strengths and interests in Neuroscience, the Department of Psychology & Neuroscience at the University of Colorado Boulder invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position to begin Fall 2019. Candidates are expected to develop an active collaborative research program that utilizes innovative and transformative neurotechnologies (e.g., analysis of cell-specific and circuit-specific processes, high-throughput cell-type classification in the brain, pharmaco- or optogenetic methods, related novel technologies). Review of applications will begin on October 31, 2018; applications will be accepted until the position is filled.

The Department of Cell Biology and Neuroscience (CBN) at the Rutgers University, invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant Professor level to develop an innovative and interdisciplinary research program in neuroscience. CBN is home to a collegial faculty with diverse interests encompassing neurobiology, physiology, molecular biology, stem cell biology, and immunology. Ample opportunities for collaboration exist within the Department, the broader Division of Life Sciences, nearby Rutgers Institutes such as The Brain Health Institute, The Institute for Quantitative Biomedicine, The Cancer Institute of New Jersey, The Child Health Institute, and The Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
